Eligibility

Prospective candidates have been employed at NIH under a career or career conditional full-time appointment for at least one year immediately prior to the closing date of the program announcement.

Candidates must be employed at GS/GM grades 12, 13, or 14 at the time of application.

Members of the Commissioned Corps are eligible to participate.
